Elevata Retreat’s Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold your space on the Retreat, with full payment due 30 days prior to the Retreat start date.
- 100% refund of deposit paid, less the admin cost of $200 for cancellation prior to 30 days before retreat start date.
- 0% refund of deposit paid for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.
Elevata offers the opportunity to transfer money across to a new Retreat date, if you are unable to attend the date selected.
Should you not be able to rebook, each case will be assessed on an individual basis.
The following rules apply to all Villa Retreat Guests:
- Non Smoking throughout the whole premises
- No parties or events permitted
- No details of the booking will be discussed with anyone other than person who is nominated on booking.
- Guests may only park vehicles in the designated areas of garage and carport.
- The property must not be used for unlawful purposes.
- All guests must conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause a nuisance, including excess noise, or interfere with the use or enjoyment of the property for other occupiers or neighbouring properties. Unruly, loud or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Local council regulations state that no excess noise is to be made between the hours of 10pm and 7am. As the property is located in a residential street, we ask you to respect our neighbours and refrain from excessive noise outside regular hours.
- Parties and functions are strictly prohibited without authorisation. If an unauthorised function/party has been held at the property a minimum charge of $1200 will be charged. An additional fee of $150 per each additional occupant will apply.
- SPA – Please ensure you shower before using the spa and your feet are not dirty. Maximum 3 people are allowed at any one time.
- SPA – Babies and infants up to 4 years old are NOT allowed in the spa. Children 5 – 14 are NOT allowed in the spa without an adult supervising them.
- SPA – Please do NOT use bath salts, bubble bath, moisturisers etc within the spa. If found, it will be needing to be drained at a cost to you of $250 charged to your credit card.
- SPA – As this is an external spa, please leave the spa cover on after each use, due to rainwater getting in, the spa could overflow and flood. Please ensure cover is left on, before departure.
- No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owners control.
- No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.
- All guests are responsible for keeping the property secure during their stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage due to neglect in this area.
- All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the building, spa, contents or property during their stay. All repairs or replacement will be at the guest’s expense & will be charged to their credit card.
- Furniture is not to be moved around. Items are not to be moved from the property. A fee will be charged should this occur.
- If keys and/or remotes are lost, the guest will be responsible for the changing of locks and remotes (if applicable) and the cutting of new sets of keys. A fee of $450 may apply.
- Any areas designated as Private Property by the owners are strictly out of bounds.
- Elevata Villa is on tank water and septic or bio cycle systems. Guests are requested to be water wise and no sanitary devices are to be flushed down the toilet, or it may congest the pipes and a fee for plumbing will be issued to your credit card.
- Washing of cars and the usage of external hoses is strictly prohibited.
