We offer Free Shipping across Australia. Please allow 5-10 working days.
We have a 1 day Free Picking/Packing Handling time.
Registered Express Shipping is $17.95. Please allow 2-4 working days.
Worldwide Shipping
A Flat Rate of $57.50 applies for one item. If multiple items, a Quote will be needed from our Carrier.
Our Carriers include Australia Post, Sendle, UPS and TNT (depending on your shipping address location).
Returns & Refunds Policy
- We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on our LindPark Creations Naturals products.
- The customer can return a product (excluding all crystal jewellery) within 10 days of receiving it if the product is damaged or faulty. The customer must pay for return shipping.
- The customer is entitled to a full refund, gift voucher or an exchange (no questions asked). If a refund is requested it will be credited to the bank account of the customer by transfer. Requests should be emailed to: info@elevata.com.au

Refunds
EE System Sessions
There are no refunds on EE System day or night sessions.
With product returns/refunds, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
