Each Taste of Italy Hamper includes either:

1. Homemade Potato Gnocchi
2. Homemade Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli
3. Homemade Beef Lasagne

Accompanied with:

• Nonna’s authentic Pasta Sauce
• Fresh Parmesan cheese
• Crusty fresh bread
• Italian green salad
• Tiramisu
• Bottle of wine

How to Cook the Pasta + Pasta Sauce:

** Boil and salt the water in a big saucepan. Add the fresh homemade ravioli and wait for the Ravioli to rise to the top of the pot…they are ready! Strain and add the heated Nonna’s Pasta Sauce.

** Boil and salt the water in a big saucepan. Add the fresh homemade gnocchi and boil for 1 minute only (as they are already cooked!). Strain and add the heated Nonna’s Pasta Sauce.

** The fresh homemade lasagne can be heated in the oven or microwave. (15 minutes in oven at 190 deg)

** Nonna’s Pasta Sauce can be heated on the stovetop or in the microwave (2 minutes or until boiled)
