Each Taste of Italy Hamper includes:

• Choose one of the following 3 main options:

1. Homemade Gnocchi
2. Homemade Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli
3. Homemade Beef Lasagne

Accompanied with:

• Home-made Nonna’s Pasta Sauce
• Fresh Parmesan cheese
• Crusty fresh bread
• Italian green salad
• Tiramisu
• Optional: Bottle of wine (Red or White)
• The fully equipped kitchen has all your culinary needs.

How to Cook the Pasta + Sauce:

** Boil and salt the water in a pot. Add the fresh homemade ravioli and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and add the heated Nonna’s Pasta Sauce.

** Boil and salt the water in a pot. Add the fresh homemade gnocchi and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and add the heated Nonna’s Pasta Sauce.

** The fresh homemade lasagne can be heated in the oven or microwave. (10 minutes in oven)

** Nonna’s Pasta Sauce can be heated on the stovetop or in the microwave (2 minutes or until boiled)
